Made to order

All canvas prints are made to order from your chosen size and image. Each piece is produced specifically for you after checkout.

Damaged or defective items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact bellebuckton@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfilment partner to replace or refund as appropriate.

Change of mind

Because items are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
